Cabin John Lacrosse is a girls 5th/6th grade lacrosse team organized and coached by parents and comprised of young athletes dedicated to having fun and developing into very skilled lacrosse players.
Players come from neighborhoods in the Bethesda area. During the spring season the team practices once a week and plays league games on Sunday afternoons. Most players participate in weekly indoor winter clinics for pre-season training. In order to maximize instruction quality and playing time, the roster size is limited.
Coach: Lindsey Spindle grew up playing at Holton Arms, and then was captain of her high school team in Lawrenceville, outside of Princeton NJ. She then played two years of club lacrosse at University of Michigan. Lindsey has an indomitable spirit and a superb technical background. CJ-LAX is very fortunate to have her.
